Hello, I’m Sarah, the owner of Soulshine Retreat. I was born in London to a hardworking family that instilled in me the importance of pursuing my passions. My journey began in 1996 as a beauty therapist, where I trained to a high standard and developed a strong foundation in the beauty industry.

In 2007, my path took an exciting turn as I began my training as a holistic therapist. This new direction opened my eyes to the transformative power of holistic practices, and I quickly fell in love with the spiritual aspects of my work, particularly tarot. Based in Essex, I built a successful business that allowed me to share my passion for holistic healing and spiritual guidance with others.

In June 2024, I made a life-changing decision to relocate to the breathtaking Lake District in Cumbria. Now residing in Cockermouth, I am thrilled to be starting my business anew and eager to grow my practice in this beautiful local area. At Soulshine Retreat, my mission is to provide a tranquil space where clients can explore their spiritual journeys and embrace healing.
